YOUNG PARK

Young Park is a Steinway Artist. Most recently, she performed seven concerts in five
different cities in Turkey with a violinist Grace Wollett. Also, she won the fourth
prize at International Beethoven Piano Sonata Competition and she received her
Doctorate of Musical Arts degree from The Mason Gross School of the Arts at
Rutgers University.


Dr. Park enjoys a multi-disciplinary career as a soloist, chamber musician, collaborator,
and pedagogue. She performed Mozart Piano Concerto, K.482 in E-flat Major with The
Vienna International Orchestra at Palais Auersperg in Vienna, Austria. Her achievements
include a first prize at the first American Protégé International Piano Competition, the
first prize at Bradshaw and Buono International Piano Competition and winner at the
Young Artist Competition sponsored by The South Orange Symphony in New Jersey.


She is a head faculty at Angelos Mission Ensemble and an adjunct professor at Norwalk
Community College in CT. Dr. Park came to New York City when she was fourteen
years old after her getting accepted into The Juilliard School Pre-College Division.


She also holds her Bachelor’s and Master’s from The Juilliard School under the tutelage
of Herbert Stessin.
